  1. Rational numbers are the ratio of one integer to another integers.  For example \(\dfrac{-1}{4}\)
  2. Both rational numbers and expressions can be represented as a fraction. Rational expressions include variables and can include multiple terms.  For example \(\dfrac{x+2}{xy}\).
  3. The response contains both the answers for 4 and 5.
