LINR 3 | Lesson 3 | Solution to System including Absolute Value

When considering a solution to an absolute value equation and a line, you may have 0, 1, 2 (or infinite if the line is coincident with either of the line segments that make up the piece-wise function. So, make sure to find all solutions (the graph can help with this, but make sure to use both equations in the piecewise function).

Solutions are \(\bigg(\dfrac{8}{3}, 5\bigg)\) and \((-2, 9)\)
